Ascension Construction and Development is excited to present the Pickett Lofts. Our company will be developing Pickett Road, a 16-acre property with approximately 4.5+- acres of buildable land, with the remainder conservation. The property is set in a serene location close to Duke University and Durham NC city center, and is close to businesses, entertainment, shopping, and restaurants, making it a highly desirable living environment.

We plan to develop 3123 Pickett Road into a 4-story multi-family building. This will consist of 137+- residential units, of which 10% will be affordable. We will aim to construct elegant and modern apartments to match the increased demand for housing in this area. We will also seek to take advantage of the rapid development and infrastructure going into Durham, which we believe will significantly increase the property desirability over time.
