The Saratoga Apartments

Over the past few years we have renovated 18 units in side by side properties on Saratoga. Just a stones throw away from Mt. Vernon and the business district, a vacant rooming house and an old dilapidated restaurant were turned in to luxury apartments. Federal, Chap, and Façade tax credits were obtained for each property.

The Lexington Lofts

The Lexington Lofts is an under construction 7mm development featuring 36 apartments and 3 Retail Spaces. The building should deliver in Q2 of 2024. We have applied for local, state, and federal tax credits and have syndicated a portion of the tax credits for additional construction funds.

The Fayette Lofts

This historic Baltimore renovation project was completed and leased up in 2022. It is located in the central business district and features 25 apartments, 4 offices, a 12 car parking garage. The property was formally outdated office suites.
